i get kicked off kids chat

i got kicked off kids chat and now being told waiting ban for the smallest thing when i signed up 3 years ago i was 10 and now im 13 and age has been set at 13 since becoming a member when there are sex offenders posting this type of gorse image and they don't get banned strength away and that person keeps being allowed back
 
I understand your frustration. You’re free to private message these people here to report this. @AA Sanz or @Chatmaster

I will close this as that’s the best way to resolve this issue.

And btw never post screenshots like that in a public forum.
