I got banned bc of a typo

The banned account is A_Damn in the "Teen Room" chat. I am here because i believe i got falsely banned. The reason for the ban was "12" and it did not say how long i was banned for (so im gonna assume perm). I believe this ban was not justified as i accidentally said "M12, hmu" or whatever i said after it and i meant to type "M14 hmu" yita yata. I got 2 hour kick when the typo was made and i waited for it to end and i thought i was done, however 2-3 days later i get (to what i assume) perm banned because of it and i wasn't even online when i got banned which i find isn't even fair. The ban happened to what i assume is the "last seen" which is 6:13 AM AEST (GMT +10) 2024 and i am not sure who banned me. Please help if possible and i thank you for your time.

Purely assuming from the "last seen" comment, it sounds like you evaded your ban after it took place. That can make your situation here worse.

We take dealing with underaged user safety very seriously, and you were banned by our admin for admitting you were 12. Without any other context or information, we would have no way of knowing it was a "simple typo."

Hey, i understand that you have no way for you to know it was a typo or not and (not getting defensive or anything) but cant you look at my chat logs and see that i've said im 14 multiple times? (again, not getting defensive, im js curious) and for the "last seen ban evade" accusation, i wasnt on the site for over an hour during the ban was happening so i went by the "last seen" seen as i dont know when the ban actually occured, and for the "ban evade" part i wasnt able to log into my banned account to post a thread for the forums because it said it couldn't be found so i asked a moderator (Spooder Yapper) if it was alright and they said its okay to make a new account if its to make a ban appeal.

Making new accounts to bypass a ban is not allowed, for any reason. If you had to make a new forums account to appeal, that's different, but making new accounts in the chat room is against the rules. (Highlighted because I got myself confused.)

Mods also don't have access to "chat logs," so no. We go based on what we see at the time, and reports make it difficult to gather the context of singular messages.

What we saw, was you admitting to being 12.

Be patient and wait for @Honeycomb to resolve this.

I simply fail to see how it's plausible to make such an error. They're not close enough on the keyboard for it to be a potential accidental slip-up. I believe that you're underage, and therefore are not welcome in the room. Your ban stays.
