I got banned for no reason?

At around 7:30 am CET, I got banned for "spam". It's invalid reason for ban me, in my opinion, and I will explain why.
What exactly happened is that I went to the chatroom today at 7:27 am CET and saw a girl/bot spamming about girls to join her snapchat group to send nudes. Her pfp was also a nude (it was breasts pic). Now I am sorry if I broke any rules by saying "now why the ****, the first thing I have to see when I joined this chat room, is breast pic", because that's what I said, when I got to the website, and it got marked as spam and that's how i got banned.
