i got banned for spam for no reason

i did nothing wrong i was texting a person and got banned out of nowhere for spam and my ip recorded fir some reason can someone please help.

also my username is fadeonsiege and it happened in the teen rooms i have no clue what i did even

I am online and saw this as it occurred. False spam ban; an admin should be able to unban when available!
