I got banned for spam in adult chat

Afternoon a couple of days ago I got banned for spamming someone I was msging, the person was just about to leave for the day and I was trying to ask a question which I sent too fast too many times without thinking. Just wondering if I will be banned for good or if I can come back and just be more careful from now on thanks
