I got banned for spamming... but I wasn't. Please help 🙏🏼

So I was pm-ing someone on the chat, and was trying to say the word "stressed", only it wouldn't let me. I typed the word like twice, but it kept getting censored for some reason. I was mid trying to spell it out again when I suddenly got banned for spamming. The thing is though, not only was I not spamming, I wasn't even typing in the main chat. Please remove this ban, as I have no idea why it happened in the first place. It's the Teen Chat, and my user is Ollie. Please review this. Thank you. 🙂
