I think the point is it’s best to wait for the mute to end then take it up with a Mod in the room

You wait out the mute. 15mins at most, and then you complain to the mod in the room. It’s most likely a system flood mute anyway

If you need to follow up on the mute- please do so with the staff in whatever room you were in. You will be able to after the mute is over -which according to this thread it is.
