Ina totally polite manner, why did you ignore my multiple attempts to resolve this when it happened? Your username does indicate 13 so I did think it was a typo but when I was ignored....you cans ee my reasoning, yes? 🙂

I never saw a reply at all, but I do believe this was a mistake. We just have rules and that age limit is a big one.
