I was banned for no reason

I randomly got banned for apparently spamming the Girls Chat Room. But, the thing is that I didn't. I was chatting with someone else at the time I got banned. I was not even warned before saying that I was spamming and that I should stop or whatever. I found it to be very unfair. I tried reaching to the moderator of the chat but no luck. If someone can please help me, it would be great! My username is Uzma21.
 
Banned or just kicked? if it was for spamming, usually it is Kicked for maximum 2 hours depending on how many warnings and mutes/kicks you got previously. If it was a ban, it must of been for something serious OR you just said something in the main room and it is in the System filter and it banned you wrongly.

Hello I have fixed the problem and unbanned the chatter and all is good now
