I was banned from chat avenue for spam.

Just 10-15 minutes earlier today i was suddenly banned from the chat aveneue chat room.
The reason for my ban was spam.
I have not posted any message in the main chat and also only sent 2-3 dms to other ********.
I want you to please look into this matter.
