Insect can have different meanings, depending on the culture or religion you belong to. Assuming you're a Muslim or a Jew, insect might have a different meaning for you; or maybe it was just a misconception. Either way, you'd have to contact the owner. You can't have a staff member fired for an ambiguous accusation, and I don't think any staff member will 'ban' you just because you belong to a certain ethnicity or religion. Anyways if you want to report an administrator, you will have to contact the owner.
