I was banned from singles without a reason why or no warning if I did something wrong

Well thats not very much to go on is it lets start with which room modern or classic which admin or mod kicked you what time ok
 
It was in singles chat it was purplerose as admin I wasn't even in the room and wasn't able to log in when I came back it was this afternoon sometime I am on Eastern Time zone

i just posted a screen shot of what your account says.

so now theres a couple things to consider.

1. were you on a trolling account and now have to own up to it?
2. were you in another room at the same time you were in singles?
3. did you get banned from another room and are blaming me?

i cant undo a ban that isnt in place. also question... why would you pm me and then 7 mins later make a thread?
 
I wasn't trolling but I was double browsing and I honestly do admit to pming you and then making a thread because I was upset and confused on why that would happen...I'm still confused on why it says I'm banned

rules are here https://forum.chat-avenue.com/showthread.php/113309-Singles-Chat-Room-Rules it clearly states double browsing not allowed. and that is because the system is set to track down vpn users to cut down on spam and trolling behavior. at this point it is looks to be a system issue. i cant clear system issues. i suggest you 1. turn off your vpn or 2. wait out a 24 hr period and then see if you can re enter
