spamming ? I was in private chat not spamming
it was lagging a little and i kept typing and hitting send in chat and then was banned

A spam ban doesn't mean that you were spamming. The spam filter recognized a word or combination of letters/words in something you said as a banned word, and you were banned as a result. HR will be able to see what it is you said and, if it was not nefarious, he will likely remove your ban. Be patient and he'll get back to you as time allows.

What's your exact name.. cuz you do not show up.. and are you just a guest or a registered account?.. from what it sounds like.. you were hitting the enter key and got caught in the spam filter.. if that's the case it's an easy fix..
