I was kicked unfairly for a serious question

I was kicked by a mod named "UFC" or UFC FAN" I do not remember but he was the only moderator in the Singles Chat today March 17th 2023 approx 6:45 central standard time and I know other people have complained about him in the past he goes on these power trips and any type of sarcasm is considered "trolling" if you see what I typed it is far from trolling also I am way too old for playing games I would like this resolved please.
My husband was unconscious and I asked a serious question on what I should do I thought maybe he was having a heart attack this is NO joke
and I was kicked for 30 mins the reason was "trolling"
I want the system admin to do something about this immediately I needed help and I knew some people in there I was logged in as a guest at the time "Mrs Norman" My real name is Joanna Norman but anyway this was definitely unjustified.

Let me see if I understand this - you thought your husband might be having a heart attack, and you sought help in a freaking chatroom? Did it occur to you to maybe call emergency services?

It seems you might have more serious problems than a 30 minute kick

You thought the chatroom is better than emergency services? What kind of joke is that. If you or anyone else is ever in serious danger. Then please call your emergency services not ask on a chatroom. It seems your kick would have expired by now (I was in work so haven’t logged into CA) if OP wants to discuss this further. They can in my PM box.
