Id agree that transitioning doesn't help the psychosocial difficulties of these people.

Results say "transitioning" and living a lie is not helping. Just look at how Darth Erica throws a tantrum every time someone mentions the word trans. Do you really think a person like that is going to live a long healthy life?

So what happens if you put
10 men and 30 women on island A
and
10 men and 30 trans women on island B.

Same result. It's not the where that is at the center of the debate it's the who..
