IM a VIP and am having issues with uploading Pics

Hi..I am a VIP member, but all of a sudden the site wont allow me to post any profile pics or to post pics in the general chat room or send picutres in private chats. I tried using a different browser and loging out and in but still it does not let me. Can you help?

yes all images i have used before many times. there is just no photo button anymore in the profile and no plus sign anymore in the main and private chats

Can you screenshot and share what you see when you're trying to change your profile pic, and when you try to send a message in chat/PM?

Not as odd as you think, in dating chat the upload button is gone (vip) same with general chat. There are other users saying the same thing. It’s like a vip with just guest access not even an option to change profile picture.

Hmm I didn’t know that. We had some weird glitches in our room yesterday but nothing on that level

Weird. Might be worthwhile dropping an email to the Site Admin at [email protected] and including in the subject line “VIP Issue: (room name)”

yes however other users are saying files they used to be able to use they cant thats the basis for the file size question
