make sure you are using the correct password.
Restart device, check ad blocker, see if a syn issue, you can ask the room admin wherever to see if owner can send you an email resend and test whether anything is being sent. In the past owners have declined to do anything with password due to some users trying to claim other user VIP.
ok i will log of my phone one thanksnot much else can be done. You can try a password/email reset, as the site is unable to do that for you. As Dess mentioned- make sure you are using the correct name, and password.
Also as Akrta mentioned- find the email you tried to change it to-
if you use more than once device- and they are synced- log off.
