Images wont send

Hii I am not sure if this is right placee but I have been having little problem that my images wont send and just keeps gettin stuck on the loadin partt. I have tried everythin I can think of but it doesnt work. I had this problem for like 3 to 4 days and dont seem to find explanation. Tried differnt file sizes and see if I have vpn off and even restartin my phone.
Would love every little help I could get🙏

Change the filetype or filesize (make it lower resolution) of the image and try again.

Then its still not small enough, or a proper format. Ive had this same experience, just have to tweek til it sends.

Been sgueezin it and sgueezin it smaller and dont even know how to get it more smaller

Put your image to jpg and or jpeg

look up image file shrinker and use what comes up on the web. (chat ave should release their own)

Tried it like ten times and same result. Same thing with pc
