Inactive account deletion

Just curious but how long does an account need to be inactive (not logged into) before its deleted? Someone said 7 days but Ive seen some that have been inactive for longer.

Also if I could suggest...maybe search feature in Forums...I tried to look for this answer before making a post but outside of checking every single post, there was no way.

I think it is 30 days, not sure tbh. I could be wrong so i'd wait for someone who knows more. I lost my first account in Video Games Chat and General due to inactivity.

I've heard 14 days recently, so a safer guess is only 2 weeks? It used to be 30 days and I don't know when, or if, it changed.

I believe VIP accounts also last longer than regular users, but I have no idea when they expire, sorry.
 
account deletion for registered users occurs after 14 days.

for vip accounts, the deletion period depends on the duration of their vip status. for instance, a 3-month vip account will not be deleted during the active vip period. once the account reaches the three-month threshold and the vip status expires, it will revert to a standard user account, subject to the 14-day deletion period. however, if an account has a lifetime vip status, it will not be deleted (to the best of my knowledge).
