I was banned with no warning by the moderator Frair Shaggy on 12 February 2024. My username was "Stud" and the reason I was banned, was for Harrasment.
This is of course, very unfair and very much unappreciated, as anyone who knows me on these chats all know very well that I have a agenda to treat ALL other users with respect.
The event that led to the ban was due to me expressing a distaste in another user within the main chat. During this time, at approximately 8am UTC/GMT +2, I was openly sharing my opinion about the behavior of a different user, whom shall not mentioned, on their cam.
The words chosen to express my feelings were selectively not disresctful in any way at all. Furthermore, the user of which was the topic of discussion was not present within the video chat room. I believe a " Harrasment" ban should actually relate to a Harrasment charge where one user is constantly using abusive action to hurt or belittle another user, DIRECTLY. As previously mentioned, the user that was my topic of discussion was not at all present and therefore was never even contacted or alerted to my expressed views. The irony of this matter is that it is very much commonplace to see many other users taking aim publically to actually hurt / bully or criticise the character of another user, often for very unjustified reasons. Those cases are largely ignored by moderators such as Frair Shaggy and it would appear that real Harrasment can easily be a crime to get away with, within this chat room.
I believe that at during the time of my expressed views, Frair Shaggy was irritable and miserable, as he was seen bearing down on other ******** for simple reasons, such as using CAPS. It would seem Frair Shaggy is easily inclined into abusing his authority as a Moderator and takes pleasure in acting as a Dictator of the chat room, rather than a trusted ally. I strongly appeal against my ban and request for it to be lifted as soon as possible so that I may also share in the experience of chat-avenue.com in a healthy and respectful way. I would also like to point out the unfair approach of selecting a Ban as the disciplinary measure, when no warning was given in hindsight to at least communicate his perceived disagreement in what I was saying, although as previously mentioned, since the subject was never present within the chatroom, Harrasment could never be justified. I would have surely understood (but still disagreed) with selecting a Kick option as my measure of discipline, which would deny me access for up to 2 hours. It is clear Frair Shaggy chose to bully me in an unjustified and undignified manner by opting to ban me. I am unsure of the length of this ban but also wouldn't be surprised if Shaggy chose to keep me out of the video chat room, indefinitely.
I thank the managing team in advance for looking into this thread and I trust the most appropriate action and fair measures shall be taken.

As I have very clearly pointed out in my initial case, I was not harassing anyway, and Ness eb knows that too.
Sharing an opinion about anything I want without disrespecting the user is of course, not Harrasment.
That is freedom of expression, this is a free to-express-myself type of site, isn't it?
Please do not ban me even for half a day, for a charge of Harrasment. If a warning was made, i would have stopped talking that mad **** in favor of the respcted Mod. With that said, i extend my apologies for conveying negative comments. I'll accept punishment of the Kick, however, so that I may log back on later to meet my date as I've had planned for this evening. Allow me to take this experience as a lesson. Job done, mod.
