I had to LeGoog Lawry’s - never heard of it and never seen it stocked here so assooming we don’t have it.

We do have red salt (although technically not a spice)

Not keen on that can take it in small doses but it’s really overpowering.

Give me curry spices anyday of the week!!!

lawrys has no msg. It was made to season steak/ prime rib. But it seasons so much more.

It's a British staple! Honestly i have everything from Italian herbs upwards, Cayenne Pepper, Chilli flakes you name it i have it , and wait for it! I even have Everything But The Bagel seasoning straight from 'Murica.

those usually come in the rotating spice rack handed out every Christmas. sounds about normal as you can get .

minus the everything spice... assuming your talking trader Joe's version. those that don't have a trader Joe's just use mccormicks or Costco's version. Aldi and Walmart have a version too...

while most people enjoy the feeling of being on fire or the rush straight to the gut, many have un diagnosed issues with it. un diagnosed because they simply don't talk to the Dr about it.
speaking only for me. my issue was found when I did a limiting diet to help find triggers to my migraines. MSG and MSG heavy foods are instant migraine makers. as well as bananas.

That's unfortunate. For the most part it's a harmless seasoning but I suppose like any foodstuff, people have sensitivities. Shame about the bananas though!
 
Bananas are another thing that need banned since I found a spider in one box when I worked st the co-op when I was 18 😭
