IP banned when typing in video chat

hi! when i type anything in video chat i stop seeing messages and when i refresh page i cant see any rooms. this happens until i get a new ip from my ISP, all devices on my network stop working. i heard from someone this is a thing for people connecting from sweden, is this true? how to fix?
