I forgot to state, The user in question is Legoman. The other mods kick him on sight but Irish Lady doesn't.
Aslong as the statement is factually accurate, which in this case based on passed events, account and kick/ban history it is, it doesn't break any rule directly. And as a one off statement it would not class as harassment either. it had no large impact on the flow of the room so wouldn't be classed as disruption either. So would be interesting to see what rule this was seen as breaching, and how it is defended in the correct context.
Ok lets get this correct you called him a pedo without ANY proof at all the only proof you have is a bunch of trolls on here accusing legodude as one until karina or myself see proof dont you call him one you had 5 minutes of a mute becuause it was innapropriate to call him one.. as they say dont accuse anyone without Valid proof

Then explain to me why other mods kick him on sight and other ******** I talk to have said the same thing. I bet any money he's your friend and you're defending him. it was a 5 minute mute i wont allow ANYONE to false accuse anybody in the room that uses that word without proof you can be mad at me all you want i was doing my job and no hes not my friend heres the thing ive hardly ever spoke to you so no ive never had it out for you but please enjoy your day 🙂

That term is a very serious accusation. One I do not and will not allow to be used in Girls Chat without proof.
Is it strange he goes into Kids and Teen Chats (Used to anyway)? Absolutely. Although I have never once seen him make sexual advances towards a minor. If the proof is out there, then Id like you or anyone to please provide it to my PM's in the room or here on forums.
At the time of this mute, there was no proof therefore the mute was justified.
As far as him being kicked on sight? That is not a thing, he does plenty to get himself kicked.
Id also like to add @Irish_lady is a wonderful moderator and having her on the team has been a joy before I was admin and to this day

I have seen other mods kick him on sight before. The fact he goes into the Kids' and Teens' room is just sus enough.
He doesn't go into Kids Chat.
