Is it healthy?

I was referring to you not inkandtatts and like I said in another post no point even conversing with you when you deny basic truths then call people names when they convey truth. There is no reasoning with people who are brainwashed to the point of no return.

So you have no clue what you're talking about in this thread and suddenly want to go back to obsessing over the LGBTQ again? Gotcha.

*yawn* never underestimate the stupidity of stupid people, I won't underestimate your stupidity that's for sure. Give me an example where I was "obsessing" over lgbt in this thread... you can't. Perhaps it's you obsessing over me.

Don't go off topic here. We're trying to help you lose the fat instead of getting gynecomastia surgery.

In other words you can't give an example ok Gotcha.
Example of what? You started going off topic and ignored my posts where I pointed out your lack of knowledge on the topic at hand. Try to keep up (not that way, put that thing away) ok?

Learn to read properly give an example of what I asked you to give. The above post is the main reason why I initially ignored your posts. "Try to keep up' not that way, put that thing away' and yet you say I'm obsessed. Perhaps you should go to gay chat.

To get back to the actual topic of this thread I wouldn't use the term "fat shaming" but telling someone they are too fat, eating too much and encouraging them to lose weight, exercise, can help them. exercise is paramount, eating less and having a healthy diet.

Wrong. Many people have genetic differences. I intermediate fast and even when I tried Dbol in my early 20s, I never got a sick pack. Some people cannot obtain a six pack no matter how hard they try. Telling someone just to diet and work out is lazy in itself. It's like someone who is depressed and you tell them to just go for a walk or take meds and it'll go away.

Also, someone said earlier that you can eat whatever you want even if it's unhealthy as long as you exercise. Wrong, there are foods that are very toxic, can even promote estrogen and alter the chemical compounds in your brain. Calories don't burn fat either. Calories are converted energy. You can burn those calories off and not focus on the fat. You can't expect everyone to be able to get into a calorie deficit and burn fat, especially if they're diabetic.

Trust me, myself and @Inkandtatts know what we're talking about.
Yes ofc the men know all about fitness! 🙄😭

I meant in the thread where Tall Man thinks he's Tony Little trying to sell a juice maker.

Perhaps read a book or think twice before you post another uninformed dumbass and insensitive remark, Tall Man.
Perhaps take your own advice and stop taking offence on behalf of others. "Insensitive"? No, True? yes and those images just confirm my point from my earlier post.

Even if certain African countries weren’t poor, you’d still see less fat people than in for instance the US, the two main reasons being that some ethnicities aren’t genetically inclined to accumulate much bodily fat, such as a lot of Nilotic speaking groups in Central Eastern Africa (such as the Dinka and Maasai) but also the Afro-Asiatic groups such as the Somali, Ethiopians and other groups in the Horn of Africa, especially the Afar. Their bodies are naturally very ectomorphic i.e. long and slim and secondly, their diets, like a lot of other diets outside the Western world, are healthier and contain less carbs (less fast food/junk food)
