Issue posting pics

In general chat I can't post pics on my profile or any in the room any more, I have screen shots of what happened and I literally didn't do anything wrong. I thought it would go away after a bit but its still not letting me. I'm not sure what to do next so please let me know how to fix it

I'm pretty sure last time a person from General Chat posted this HR said that the person had their account restricted for posting images that were inappropriate.
