I feel u OP. This frustration has also turned into making my depression worse but I learnt to overcome it a tiny bit. One day you might find someone tbh. As a gay guy its like 10000000% way harder to find a BF anyway lol.
 
Frankly, if you’re looking for someone who cares only about your looks, you’re looking to be alone. Looks fade.

Work on yourself. Cultivate a personality people enjoy and are gravitated towards, e.g. be less fatalistic and whiny.
 
Treat yourself to a complete makeover and try to slim down if weight is a problem. Wear sexy clothing. Whiten your teeth if that's one of the problems. Color your hair. A small change in your life will do you good. Good Luck.. please post back.

The problem is, you're too concerned with getting a boyfriend (any boyfriend) rather than being with someone who means the world to you and is actually worth dating. Don't sell yourself short.

Try to learn to love yourself first before you love anyone else.

Imagine, don't be so hard on yourself, sometimes it's not the right time and the right person. If you want good advice, sometimes time always has the best things to give us and the best paths for us to follow. But sometimes, because of our rush and anxiety, we end up making hasty and bad choices. And that can make people even sadder and more frustrated with love, which in my opinion is worse. It's much better to be a lonely person at 32, but living in peace, than you have a shitty person by your side and you at 32 live suffering a troubled life and being treated badly. Haste blinds people and anxiety makes people look for shortcuts, but you may pay a high price for it in the end. So don't be so hard on yourself. You're still young at 32, don't blame yourself and don't cover yourself so much.

“getting” a boyfriend is not the right route to go down. people are people, not things to “get” or “earn”.

Try reading a few books or articles on the subject of human-to-human friendships and, while exercising your better judgement, put what they say to do into practice.
