Well hello there. I go by Chomby, I'm a 26-year-old woman, and I wanted to check out a forum after getting sick of Discord and feeling really disillusioned with social media in general.

Things to know about me:

  • I'm a digital artist who likes creating characters and occasionally drawing celebrities (mostly Christian Bale) in my own cartoon-ish style.
  • I'm a fan of long-form content. Video essays are my bread and butter.
  • I'd like to eventually get into writing to flesh out the characters I've created and the story I have in mind for them.
  • I like to romanticize the 1980's even though I wasn't even alive during that decade. If you have any 80's-related media to share, please send it my way.
  • I'm on the autism spectrum, and American Psycho is my "special interest," so hopefully that answers most of the questions you may have about why the character, Patrick Bateman, is practically plastered all over my profile. (If you still have questions, I'm open to answering them. lol)
  • My head is in the clouds most of the time. Feel free to shout: "earth to Chomby" if I'm daydreaming too much.
  • I have a funny-looking Shih Tzu mutt named Dudley. He was named after Dudley Moore. He said hi.

I really like listening to that audio of Christian Bale having a complete and utter meltdown at someone he was working with. It cracks me up every time. The anger and the fury is just incredible. 😂

lol I mean for me it doesn’t ruin it. We all have moments in our life, for whatever reason, that we just totally lose our composure and just go OFF. Unlike most of us, his was made public. Doesn’t change the fact that he an amazing actor.

one needs a strong, brave constitution to watch derek and clive.
They are awfully foul mouthed.
One needs to be ok with really really disgraceful jokes, humour, and lots of swear words.
