Aloha. You didn't have to raise a forum post you could have just waited out your kick and asked a mod on your return. That was your shout. Your profile showed a linked account and both accounts were logged in at the same time. It is a kickable offence. It was your shout to post this and ask why instead of waiting 🤷🏼♀️ we've provided you with the answer..
What else was I supposed to do? If you dont know why youve been kicked dont you complain? I was confused and irritated and this is the only place I know where I can get help and answers. After finding out what happened and why it happened I calmed down but you had already answered. Its just what I was looking for: A reason.

Yeah sure. I was answering the fact you're now stating its all over forums, which as I said was a call you made and posted. As I said previously, you could have waited for your kick to expire and ask on your return. We've answered your question.. This post can now be closed.
I didnt say its all over the forums. I said if I was Me using both accounts and knew I had gotten kicked for it, I couldve kept quiet and hope no one found out. As I said, it requires a high level of insanity to do all of this. But either way everything is sorted. Thank you

The system will show a mod that a user is double-logging / double-chatting if two or more users share the exact same IP address. An IP address is connected to your exact location and internet service, and is different between you and the people that live near you. This means that two people would need to be sharing the same internet connection in order for the system to show a mod this information. If you're having issues with someone using your internet and logging into chat, you may want to consider changing your internet password or adding a password to your internet if you don't already have one.
If you feel you have been kicked unfairly, you have choices about how to pursue answers. One option is to wait out your kick and ask a mod upon return to the room. Kicks are two hours maximum and any mod should be able to help look up your kick reason and direct you to the mod that kicked you for further information. If you know the mod who kicked you, you can also PM them through forums during your kick. If you're chatting in Lesbian Chat, the admin of the room (the person that oversees the mods) is @flame_song. You can PM any user by clicking on their @ name when it shows up in blue and sending them a message. It seems you already created a forums post, so you seem aware of how this option works. It's important to remember that all Chat Avenue mods and admins are here on a voluntary basis. That means we aren't online every minute of every day and will address concerns when time allows. When it comes to mutes and kicks, often the best approach is to take a deep breath and take some time off chat. Two hours away can do us all some good, and you can get answers upon returning to the room when your punishment is fulfilled.
