I keep trying to create a new account all this week I've been trying to create one and it won't let me create another account it keeps saying I reached the limit and to keep trying again later and I keep trying again later and it won't let me create any new accounts.

That sounds really frustrating. When a service says you’ve “reached the limit,” it usually means the system thinks too many accounts were created from your device, email, or IP recently. Sometimes it’s a temporary restriction, not something you did wrong. Waiting a bit, trying a different email, or contacting support can help. Hopefully the block clears soon so you can finish creating your account.

lol the whole premise or at least one is to limit or eliminate double browsing/access, which can be used to circumvent bans, kicks, mutes,
