I raised a query yesterday https://forum.chat-avenue.com/threads/ban-query-vip.949523/ regarding a ban on my gf's account, and I noticed most of the responses to this query was from other mods of other rooms without any valuable input or solutions on a way forward, but more insult gifs, or justification without any proof or screenshots to prove what they said about the terms.
There was one member that confirmed she couldn't see it when she tried to get VIP, and there was another member that commented, and I found her comment quite useful, she mentioned that on another chatroom it stated "life of account" not lifetime membership. In this case, I think a simple reply from the mods being "we dont do refunds, but will make a note and discuss changing lifetime VIP to "life of account" and will make mention that VIP is removed if inactive for 8 months" instead of posting ego based gifs, throwing insults and getting defensive.
You're staff that supposed to provide some objective opinions politely, based on the real question that was posted and how this will be improved going forward, if you cannot do that, rather not comment at all.
I hope those mods are not in customer service roles in real life.
