Kicked again for previous misunderstanding

Excuse me????? Why would I be kicked for this reason:
I dare anyone to bring an evidence that I was talking about this inappropriate thing!!
There's an annoying members who gets screenshot of me saying innocent meant phrases and makes them seem as within an inappropriate context!! Why would the mods consider this brainlessly??? Don't they read this thread where the case was ALREADY RESOLVED and where @Raystar has already told that it was a misunderstanding due to what they called a "misuse of words"????
This site has always surprised me with the absolutely worst moderating system!!! I get charged for doing nothing while other annoying VIP members don't get kicked for trolling and calling others "pédos" falsely with no proof but with fraudulent images!! THE RULES I READ TELL THAT THIS IS NOT ALLOWED!

Why was this thread previously deleted?

A legit complaint about an antagonistic mod trying to play whatever ‘fobik’ card, which has been proven countless times this week, shouldn’t be hidden away.

Don't know if this a kick complaint or a moderator complaint, if it is a moderator complaint then @Mavin
 
Hey there, yes I kicked you, and I do have evidence, I talked to all the parties involved and made a discussion. If you really do think it’s an unfair kick, then the admins can look it over and decide

Yes, I have already warned you that what others will give you as an evidence is fraudulent images making my texts seem inappropriate while it has a complete different meaning. Let everyone know that we talked about this and let everyone know as well that I have already told you to go to the forum and visit my thread about that which was, as I said, ALREADY RESOLVED. You have absolutely no valid reason to kick me especially if the issue has already been discussed in a previous thread.
 
These messages were sent to a 14 year old, they have obvious sexual undertones

You were speaking inappropriately with a minor. You said you had no intention of it coming across that way, but you only tried making that clear once I was on your ass about it. The girl asked you a question about you being nasty towards her and mentioned your age, to which your response was, and I quote, “What has being nineTEEN got to do with that?” If you weren’t trying to have what you were saying taken in any sort of way, you would’ve said that in response to her question. You also said you liked “teasing sensitive girls because [you were] bored” after she’d mentioned she was fourteen. If you don’t think, you as a 19-year-old, a legal adult, saying that to a minor is weird, then you’re obviously not in your right mind and should not be on a chat site with children.

And to anyone who tries to defend this man, I have clear evidence of his inappropriate behaviour, thanks.

I don’t see how there could be another meaning to “but you like it from the inside” or “I’m teasing sensitive girls” and those messages were directed at a minor

Why do I need to reply when I have already told multiple times that this misunderstanding was resolved in this thread??? You can ask @Raystar who understood what I meant and misunderstandings came from that! Do I need to explore again? Due to this annoying horrible moderation system??? "You like it from inside" is a clear English word that mean someone likes someone or an action in their inner mind but act like they don't do. Are out of your mind to take dirty due to their immature raging influence? Yet people still accuse me till now that I did an inappropriate thing with no direct evidence that I did!

Yes, I have already explained to @Raystar the issue behind this. They didn't give me time to explain and it was mistake that I didn't direct tell why would they blame me for that. The actual meaning of the reply is "why would being nineteen has to do anything with accusing me falsely that I said that inappropriate thing?" Because I'm really 19 but never said any of that inappropriate charges!

I’m not going to say it again, those messages were inappropriate and directed at a minor, I’m not going to unkick you, if the owners/admin think otherwise then I’ll respect their decision, but right now I’m going to keep the kick

Misunderstanding: in the context I meant "teasing" = rage baiting jokingly. It was joking in the way of making her seem angry but things turned serious when she misunderstood me and thought that I was trying to make an inappropriate conversation with her. Do you have any evidence that I really was trying to make an inappropriate conversation with her? Yet not defending myself directly and clearly at that moment where I WAS STILL CONFUSED WHAT WAS GOING ON, isn't an enough proof against me. Now I have already explained FOR THE SECOND TIME that I didn't mean anything inappropriate and that people like you @idrinklighterfluid are still holding previous misunderstandings and not letting themselves any chance to recap and observe clearly.

After all, WHY WOULD THIS BE A VALID REASON FOR A KICK????

Yes you are! You have already admit that my texts which were brought in the screenshots, were misunderstood! But now you're being goofy again and ignoring what you previous understood. Your silence isn't neutral here.
