Hello tonight I was kicked for 24 hours for normal fun chat about rollerblading with my friend. See screenshots attached.

My message: “Hey it’s time to put on your kneepads and have some fun because I’m very unhappy”

My friends reply: “Don’t worry I’m on my way”

I also talked with my friend who says they can come here and verify this is what was said.

I’m not 100% sure as to which mod pulled the trigger, however Luke43 and SOAPHIE were both online when the kick occurred.

Is what I said against the rules?

Was this revenge for previous entanglements I’ve had with a female mod?

Was this an accident?

I would like some clarity on this. Thanks in advance.

...the real reason was the constant harassment of not only myself, but luke as well, simply because you wanted us to change your name, which we cannot do, which was then met with insults and threats of one of your famous forum posts

I have not harassed you nor Luke at all today. I simply wanted to know why it’s allowed to Clone usernames and use someone else’s likeness without their permission. My identity has and can be verified by NorCal.

Everything that followed was pure light hearted joking. Nothing I said was insulting to the point of disrespect. Even Luke43 engage with the innocent banter, taking no action against me. Had it been so you would’ve kicked me for that reason, since you were present the whole time.

Are we really going to believe this was a justified punishment for such light hearted responses?

And as for the cloning, it's perfectly OK for you to do it, but when it's done to you it's call for action? Karma is a bitch ay

Hi *****. I wholeheartedly agree with your concern and welcome it on this thread. However sad and disgusting it is, what’s more disturbing is how Child Sexual Abusers on chatavenue and boys chat rarely are punished and never have received a 24 hour kick. However I’m kicked for 24 hours because a mod thinks my light hearted banter went too far?

I think we should call this for what it is. A witch-hunt.
 
Maybe with the update later I shld suggest tommr admin to let us hv 6 hours kick just fir the pedos and underage.bots n spammers can be ghosted ..whatever that is lol

I do wish you the best of luck in getting longer kicks for pedos and kiddie-pretenders.

However I would like to urge you to not follow the example of a few of the Mods in BoysChat and use your ultimate finishing move on users who simply want to have fun and enjoy lighthearted conversation.
