Objection to the state and its institutions is a sine qua non of anarchism. Anarchists consider the state as a tool of domination and believe it to be illegitimate regardless of its political tendencies. Instead of people being able to control the aspects of their life, major decisions are taken by a small elite.
Whilst I can accept that your posting of the Anarchist symbol was with out malice and probably done without cognisance of its meaning. Probably the mod should have deleted and warned.
I know in chat people post a lot of symbols some of which have to be dealt with at speed. This is not a get out but the state of play in chat.
I have had a look at your kick history and can find no targeting being undertaken.
