Kicked from Public Chatroom

  • What is your username in the room? MixedDom
  • Which room were you kicked/banned from? BDSM Lifestyle
  • Are you complaining about a kick or a ban? Kick, I have asked him why he doesn't simply ban me, but has stated he doesn't/can't do that on that kind of chatroom.
  • What was the reason given for the kick/ban? No reason was given when asked in private, however when I did. He proceeded to block my message and kick me out of the room. I didn't even enter the room or plan on entering that day.
  • How long was the kick/ban for?* Always for 24 hours
  • Why do you feel the kick/ban was not justified? I have asked him why and he would would never give a clear answer. It has never been for a stated rule of the room, I would respond or give my thoughts on something, I would happily explain or apologize if it was taken out of context or wasn't clear on my stance even had a kick reversed when asking a lesser mod (She was the one that kicked me). She admitted that she over corrected and after seeing the conversation understood that it was well within the rules.
  • I have waited for the kick to expire, showed up to the chatroom, never sent a message and then suddenly kicked from the room.
  • One other man was questioning his response while they were talking on the main chat, it was very unclear what the argument was about and this gentleman was simply asking for clarity then suddenly he stopped sending messages.
  • When talking to others that reach out wanting to chat in private, they explain that it is the nature of the room, to some its a growing concern.
  • From my time on the chat before being targeted like this, and I used to have great relations with the lesser mods, having private chats and rps with them, but the main chat was always it seemed for gifs and pictures and if you didn't do either and asked or wanted to talk about something you could be kicked.
  • Date and approx. time of kick/ban: Saturday, June 21 @ 2:10pm
  • Do you know the name of the Moderator/Admin that kicked/banned you? Master Ray
  • One of the lesser mods by SweetKittenCuddles actually responded with my question on the reason for the kick and she stated its not hers to share, that according to Master Ray I am not allowed to enter.
  • Master Ray is the Admin/Main Mod with SweetKittenCuddles and SlaveJennifer being the two lesser Mods.
 
So you were kicked from a sideroom on adult chat? Was it mobile sexchat or Desktop?

Are you banned from the server ?

@MixedDom Creators of side rooms are allowed to remove people they don’t want in their room.

I see, so they are able to have a "blacklist" so to speak? I was wanting clarity on this I didnt know what they could and couldn't do and simply got tired of not getting a response or getting kicked the moment i stepped into the room.

I would consider it something like that. They have the authority to room block and room mute who they'd like. You're welcome to join a new room however.

I didn’t say that. I said they are allowed to decide who they want in their room. You have every right to ask them to explain why they don’t want you in there. But they have no obligation to answer.
