Kicked unjustly by a mod in vgc (mod bias)

A mod named motive has decided to abuse her powers by kicking me unjustly and without warning after I was away from chat.she initially changed my name claiming it was inappropriate (with no conversation or comment as to why) I didn’t know who it was at the time so I changed it back in the hopes they would comment again and I’d be able to talk to whoever it was. I then leave chat and while I’m tabbed away she kicks me for 15 minutes (During this time i was away on forums). when I finally come back she tells me I have “20 seconds to change my name”. seconds after I finish changing my name she quickly kicks me anyways (for another 15 mins) like she had alrdy had her finger on the button. And her response to realizing her mistake is “oh dang, that sucks”.note that she still at this point did not revoke the kick upon realization. So apparently she’s quick to action against me but let someone say racial slurs in chat at me and it takes her 10 mins just to remove the comments while she continues to chat normally with said person.

According to another chatter who brought to my attention that apparently we all get 30 seconds to change our names, but this mod barely gave me 10 before hitting the kick button and she did it after I had alrdy changed my name.

screenshots from when it took her nearly 10 mins to delete comments that were happening in her presence even as I was reporting and mentioning it to her. Also some screenshots from when lsd acknowledged that he was not asked to remove his minstrel pfp after having it up for hours for the sole purpose of harassing me with mods present.
 
Ruby, I have attached the pm telling you to change your name this was at 19:38 my time. You were muted at 19:40 for five minutes to give you the opportunity to change your name and profile picture which was “soiled bread” and a quote he had posted on forums in a disagreement with you. This is harrasing and instigative which you’ve been warned by @Glob to stop. You didn’t do this so I kicked you for 15 minutes with a very detailed kick reason which you would have seen before you logged back in. I left chat for a short while to make a coffee and you were kicked again at 20:09 as the changes hadn’t happened upon my return and you logged back in. Your username was jumping to and from the offline list which means you are somewhat active in chat. By my reasoning you were given ample opportunity to sort your profile out which you did not do. I didn’t change your name… so please don’t make assumptions. It’s not an abuse of power… it’s the latest episode in the Rwby/Bread saga. Kindly grow up and stop causing drama in chat. There have also been other incidents where motive has allowed people to harass me in chat and then apologized claiming after that she was busy or whatever excuse at the time. Including the last time proud boy doxxed me in chat with users present and she apologized for not acting

You assumed I was active but I wasn’t.i had the tap open but I wasn’t on it.i was on forums and WhatsApp. You assumed I knew what was going on.I’m just finding out now that there was even a mute prior so once again like I said, there was no conversation had.i was away.the time I saw your comments was after that first 15 minute kick.you assumed because my screen was reloading or whatever on its own (on iPhone).

Can I just say that mods don’t have to open a line of communication before taking action. If your name was present in chat, even if you weren’t, you still have to abide by the rules. Just because you weren’t there to see the warnings, doesn’t mean the mods have to wait until you’re ready to respond.

At this point, the complaints are starting to seem like a witch-hunt against the mods who can’t or won’t solve a problem you refuse to make any effort to fix.

At the end of the day, this is a chat room and you have the power to log of and recharge whenever you need it. I personally think that time is now.

What are you even talking about,file? Lol that’s Breads thing. And it had to do with today because the complaint is about you in general and how you treat me compared to other ********. You kicked me AFTER I had alrdy changed my name and then didn’t bother to undo-it.

Where did I say anything about banned? Are you ok hun? You seem to think i have a vendetta against you or something. You’re treated exactly the same as everyone else. Maybe the problem is you think you’re entitled to special treatment for some reason, cause that’s not how it works. Don’t break rules, don’t instigate and gaslight… then you’ll have no cause to be reprimanded (which Is what I think you’re really mad about).

Lol you literally liked breads comment. And no I’m not, and nowhere did I say I wanted special treatment.asking to be treated fairly is not the same thing as asking for special treatment fyi.but it seems you like to give bread special treatment seeing as you have no problem with anything he says and you’re perfectly content talking to him like you’re bff’s but I call you out for trying to tone police me and defend a racist forum post and suddenly you’re feeling some type of way. Again you’re talking as if bread isn’t literally here rn spamming my forum post and harassing me while you co-sign him.
 
I liked his post where It said I followed the mod rules to a T. There’s no rules that i can’t be friendly with people? In fact it’s encouraged- as a mod. Just because YOU aren’t able to be grown up and get on… doesn’t mean no one else can be civil to him- that’s very immature and I don’t take sides.

The tone police thing from the debate post a couple weeks ago? Dude you’re the one who seems upset as you just bought it up? Move on. Don’t comment on a debate forum if you can’t debate without getting in your feelings.

Im friendly with everyone in chat- it’s probably why I have very few problems with ********. I’ve thoroughly answered your attempt to paint me in some kind of way. I’ll leave it to @Glob to assess. See you in chat. Be blessed. ✌🏼
