Kind of stupid thing but... Firewall Block option (CLOSED!)

I don't know if its possible, but on few sites where I have been before was that opinion (it wasn't sites like Avenue and other sites based on same thing) but Admins had the power to Firewall block a person. What does that mean? We all know pervs use VPN / Proxies and such to bypass bans / mutes (I mentioned bans / mutes to make sure everyone understand I mean they use it for that reasons on Avenue, I know VPN can be used on Netflix and many other stuff to get though censorship and I though everyone would understand it, but seems like not).. But Firewall block can't be bypassed by such a things. U need completely new computer to bypass something like that. And I don't think any ped will buy a new computer just for a few minutes chatting on website. Only Admins would have such a permission and it would be used only if someone bypasses their ban / kick / etc.

you dont think this isnt already in place?

also a firewall block is done server side NO room admin is ever gonna get server side access

If its there, then I never saw it used. I know its a server side, but I though Administrator is the owner of the Canadian servers wheres KidsChat hosted on. So I though he might handle that thing, but guess I was wrong.. Probably only Chat Master has such a permission, sorry then.

That's not an Firewall block, its an IP block (Before user joins the site, he has to go though a middle site - thats not 100% checked info, but when u try to use the VPN, u are able to get to main ChatAvenue site, but when u click on windows such Kids Chat and u use an VPN this will popout, so theres NO middle site between Chat Avenue and browser, but theres a security between Avenue and other linked Chats on that domain - that checks the IP - Captcha or idk whats the protection here, that thing will pop out when u are using an VPN / Proxy, but if u use something like Nord, its nothing that can annoy ya, after trying few Ip's u will get though that.)..It's not an firewall block. I tried to explain the best I can, cause if I tried to explain it like Dev, noone would get it..

Bans here can also be done via nginx / cloudflare

as for a reason you havent seen a firewall block You're in no position that staff has to tell you of such thing 😀

If u think so, I'm argue with you, don't want to start a drama over stupid things. Also anyone could do something like custom block page, I don't specialize in web design and such sh*t, I work in Java and I'm happy enough

Not everyone who uses a VPN or a proxy is a pervert. Some users with oppressive governments use VPNs to get around state imposed censorship and website denial of access. Labelling everyone who uses a VPN as a pervert is short sighted and dumb.

I mean on Chat Avenue, not in general... I used VPN on Netflix, because many movies that I wanted to see just didn't appear.
