Adding my little opinion since I was tagged 🙂

@O Kyle You certainly can be a good guy, when we have spoken one on one I 100% saw decency and someone trying to makes friends. As @Realxavier said, you just need to chill and relax. As @H.R. PufnStuf said, who you want to help and be part of the room. Helping the community grow in positives ways is always looked favorably upon by anyone, whether that be on #1 Chat Avenue or the real world.

At the end of the day @NorCal will make the best choices for Boys Chat. If thats something you truly want to pursue, I sincerely with you the very best of luck 😁
Thanks you @Simply Karina

@O Kyle everyone got their own opinions, but most need to get off their high and mighty white horse and realize nobody is perfect. A bunch of mods right now used to be totally different before they became mod. All of the people who voted bad would not get one good vote themselves if they asked the same thing. (except sophie) so dont listen to their bs.

Ignore the people who say you have a "need" to be liked. That's just you being you. Just because you are chill and nice to people all the time doesnt mean you need to be liked. Honestly, that's a great quality for a mod to have. and there are a lot of asshole mods, Ive seen that could've diffused situations a lot faster if the people they're are moderating over actually liked them and were more nicer.

Plus, it'd be cool to have mods who aren't 50yo sus white men and to be able to talk about problems and issues with a mod who's more relatable. Those 8 people who said no are just judging a book by its cover. but if they opened it and got to know you, they'd 100% change their minds. You never start trouble.

You stay out of drama. You are unbiased and even calling me out when I take things overboard. You are easy to talk too, and you have stopped drama from happening or spilling into main chat just off your words. You have thick skin. You are always active, and MOST IMPORTANT you're genuinely a good person... so if that doesn't amount to being a good mod idk what does. Hopefully @NorCal can see you for you and know you would make his mod team better than it has ever been before.

Keep your head up bro. Keep going after what you want. Haters gonna be haters. #KYLE4MOD
That’s the other thing don’t gaf what summer thinks about us staff from a person that has no fuckn clue what our shoes are like but he’s right modding changes u. You see things that can’t be un seen. U see through fake ass people that pretend they are something other than what they really are. You see the lowest lvl of humanity and ur job Is to prevent others from seeing the same shlt. U have to block emotions, forget about friendships, everything you see as a user changes when u get the shield and on top of that u have to take hits from people who think they fuckn know it all,all while holding a composure and professionalism. What happens back here gets dealt with back here so that users that want to have fun running they mouths acting like they can do everything better get to maintain that pathetic entitled know and are better then everyone at doing shlt attitude. So y’all can glow as ur kings of the rooms the chat super stars.

I get what they mean on some tho ill just try to be better now i know thts why i asked and made the post to see.

You are a good person Kyle and that is probably the main reason I’d say ur not ready. Cuz this job will rip that right outta u. I’m not just talking bout chat ave! It’s the same with staff anywhere on the internet u have to learn to shut it off when ur not online u have to realize u can’t be there 24:7 to change the world u have to put u first cuz the internet will not change they will always keep coming.

Guess its time for my 2 cents, I don’t know nothing about the girls that drama so I ain’t going to comment on it, but I saw Karinas reply and she actually gives whole heartedly responses on things and I’d say take exactly what she said with a pinch of salt. Having bad bloods in other rooms isn’t a good look, Kyle is a very active member of BC and is in everyday for hours, He has my disc and will ask me to come on and clear it if things are bad and he uses reports well when I’m in and he does show good qualities in a mod. What I will say is I think being a mod means being neutral and not very sided with certain people

"Pinch of salt" is an insult here 🤣🤣I was trying to be serious. You know me, I dont hold things against people and things happen 🙂

@O Kyle I agree with this, being a mod changes you, trust me, ik. I mod our disc with almost 400 people from the chat. But you SHOULD care about what your members think about "you staff". That's why I think you would be a great mod. You won't ever have that entitled mod attitude, thinking your better than everyone. You would actually care about what the people your modding think because you wont see yourself as this perfect or better than anyone else type of mods that common on shat ave.

The reason I think you would be a good mod is because you can still be human while doing a good job. You don't have to turn into a dumb inhuman robot, blocking out emotions, forgetting friends, and being numb to hits from know-it-alls while still being professional and composed. You can handle all that comes with the job bc your a good person.

I really hope Norcal sees that he needs mods, who werent hired by fake, off-their-meds, fired admins, who don't see themselves as chat gods and who don't call their users pathetic, entitled chat stars with bad attitudes. That's exactly whats causing more drama and tension in the room, and mods being too high on their horse to realize it. Xavier makes a good unintentional point on why you should be mod bro. Lets gooo #KYLE4MOD

Nuh uh. That's exactly what you gotta come across as to get a mod spot here. Or, atleast pretend you are long enough for them to hire you, then just you do you. That is exactly why I dont think he could/should. Boy can't do that, nor should he want to
