If you want to be a mod you can apply. Most of the time you have to be a regular in that particular room for years. For a while at least. Not just a month or two months or just three months. You can ask the admin too. She would be happy to help you and answer ALL of your questions that you have for being a brand new mod. So hopefully you get a chance someday in the future.
