I have arthritis very bad and very bad tendonitis throughout my whole body. And I have a dislocated disc in my back that is deteriorating in my back. Both of my knees have no cartilage they lock up anytime and then I fall down to the ground. Thank you for asking me. Like I'm falling apart. How you doing?

I was going to whine about work being annoying but your tendonitis puts all that into perspective. Does the therapy help?

Gahhh, frogs are my jam. Did you know that some species survive being frozen solid?!? Their heart stops pumping and they produce this special kind of glucose that acts as antifreeze, protecting their cells from damage. When the weather warms up, they thaw out and go about living their froggy lives.
