The fact that you’re asking means InkandTatts’ next how-to guide is

“Finn: A Guide to Reproduction”

Item 1: physical contact is mandatory

Also, my bedroom is always open for you <3

I look forward to reading said giude.

Also I'm hesitant about approaching your bed. I might find household appliances in there

Maybe too long staring at a screen? Happens to me sometimes. Standing under a hot shower helps. Hope you feel better soon!

Today my eyes have been hurting like hell and I don't know if it is stress, but I think yes.
In times of stress or distress, practice what are called the TIPP skills:
  1. Tip the Temperature - I assume you took a warm/hot shower; try, instead, bringing your temperature down with cold water or an ice pack. This change in temperature changes the chemistry in our bodies: our parasympathetic nervous system activates, and we can begin to relax.
  2. Intense Exercise - Sometimes the best thing you can do is work out whatever is causing you stress. Literally seek to expend the stressful energy through rigorous exercise. Take your dog for a brisk walk, or go for a bike ride.
  3. Paced Breathing - Again, you can engage your parasympathetic nervous system and prompt relaxation by altering the way you breathe. Try to keep your inhales longer than your exhales (e.g. breathe in for a count of 7, breathe out for a count of 5; breathe in for 4 seconds, hold your breathe for 4 seconds, exhale for 4 seconds). Conversely, if your mood is feeling low and you want to 'rev yourself up,' try focusing on keeping your inhales shorter than your exhales.
  4. Paired Muscle Relaxation - While you're focusing on your breathing, try tensing certain muscles in your body, one at a time, and then relax them. Do this one muscle group at a time, and really be mindful of how your body feels after you release the tension.
Sometimes, when we're stressed, the goal shouldn't be to eliminate stress but to more effectively manage it. Good luck! I hope you feel better.

I want to call in. I have to work with this one dude I hate tonight. He’s a cocksh!t

Just bring an enema, from the sounds of it.
The dudes a cry a$$. When we are busy he gets all frustrated and Acts crazy. and is lazy. O child he’s lazy I can’t even explain. And he’s the reason for my last 4 talks with my supervisor cause usually something I have said offends him. Or if if doesn’t offend him I’m “attacking” him. He sat there one day texting and he had a cell count to do on a spinal fluid. I’m like dude those spinal fluids need to be done right away. So he told our boss I was attacking him. I told her I guess if telling someone to do their job is attacking them yup sure did lol.

I am high class. I refuse to be violated in anything lower than a Burger King
^ Noted and burned on my brain. Take Finn to the most expensive cheap burger place for violation.

Lmao urgh I’m so hungover
You're barely out of short trousers! How tf can you be hungover? I didn't have my first hangover until I passed 30.
