The FitnessGramPacer Test is a multistage aerobic capacity test that progressively gets more difficult as it continues. The 20 meter pacer test will begin in 30 seconds. Line up at the start. The running speed starts slowly, but gets faster each minute after you hear this signal.
 
you steer the wheel and press gas and try not to hit chopper running around the streets.

I- I think i accidentally made Chopper bow down to us..but he..yanno..he ain't breathin.....

NorCal i cant find any alternative instructorsss and plus their wheel is on the wrong side!!! xd

Never trust NorCal to teach you either. She will take you to maccers and wing stop. Fatty:reallysad:​​​​​​. Oof I'm only 17 reeebsss
