I'm friends with Sunny, and I'm not gonna get in the middle of all that.
I will say that Leigh is absolutely the best fucking admin gen chat has ever had, and I've been here a decade. There's not even a close second. I see them give a lot of chances to people in an attempt to keep the peace, many verbal warnings in main. I mean Leigh muted me today and I didn't cry, I apologized to her in pm for putting her in that position.
These guys do this for free and put up with a lot of fucking bullshit to try and keep these chat rooms fun and from becoming the ghetto that they've been.
They have my respect.

In my experience, TheLeigh is intelligent, kind, helpful (she helped me several times without hesitation), tolerant and deals with people when necessary. This is a good mod. If this is the person you know and you still see fit to criticize, then I suggest that you have the problem.

Well it's always better to be respectful in a 13+ room but having said that the room is filled with different types of people from different types of cultures and beliefs.
I think it would be difficult to make everybody happy with this word or that word.
Remember Leigh is not being paid for what she's doing, rather, she's supporting #1 Chat Avenue freely - same goes for her moderator team.
Bourne, switch off when you see something you don't like, it's a what? 400+ room, the more rules, the less joy, surely you can understand that.
I'm pretty confident that Leigh takes safety of general chat users quite seriously and if a very serious matter became apparent, she'd deal with it very quickly.

Yet there are many things you cannot state and is stipulated, it wouldn't just be a LGBT rule exclusively, however when it comes to LGBT matters you will find that those from that cohort and others will be more sensitive to critical commentary to do with LGBT.
It's the same as if, for example, Leigh, or her team clearly witnessed a user in the room being severely mistreated and unfairly targeted and they (Leigh and her team) put a stop to it.
Remember this is a chat room, a place where casual speech is in effect expected.

Leigh wouldn't permit blatant hate speech and it's open to interpretation as to what would be considered hate speech in a chat room - what's acceptable and what isn't etc.
I mean I don't think Leigh would allow the N word to be said freely? Or other evident words, comments not accepted or frowned upon, bearing in mind Leigh is also bound by what this site will say yes or no to - but all room admins are given some room to manage.
All I can say to you, being completely independent from all of this is, maybe you have misread Leigh, if she was who you describe her to be, why is she allowing you this public arena? However these specific issues you are saying would be best handled privately with Leigh (if you haven't already).
As for those screenshots, they're not the best comments or words but discretion is given to the room admin to manage the room given to them, Leigh isn't rooting for everyone to say every bad thing under sun ya know.

@TheLeigh hasn't made anything legal. Stop your bullsh*t none of that is accurate. I know exactly how the rooms are run and none of us tolerate anything like that. The same as if any sort of religious hate speech is seen it would be dealt with.
