Hello,

Sir Revo here,

Lex Luthor from Dating Chat muted me for no good reason.
I asked another user Joshh who is a UK user if he smokes and he said yes... so I said weed and fags? and he said yes.

Ciggarettes are called fags in UK so I was just using his terminology.

Lex Luthor muted me for saying the word *** when I used it in the context of a cigarette.

Is this a legal mute when the context was clear?
 
Checked with the legal dept Revo, looked at the replay, and mute's likely in-bounds.

I would like some higher ups to post on this because i think it sets precedent. lex ended up full blown kicking me for it
