Login not working

Hey,
I’m having issues with logging in. I have not changed my password, username or email however I am no longer gaining access to my account, it also not allowing me to go through and say i’ve forgotten my password. Please may I have some help. My user is lovedandlost. I have a VIP account 🙂

When I click on reset/recover password and put in my email, all it says is ‘an error has occurred’, are you having the same issue?

Update, I have just succesfully logged in, try it, maybe it was just a blip

Hello, glad you were both able to get back in. There have been issues with some of the chat rooms and the forums today. They are currently being worked on.

VIP here too. I had issues with logging in all day but seems to be good now. Are there issues still being worked on like images not loading up etc?

Things like this do happen occasionally. The best thing to do is just to wait and be patient until everything gets sorted out.
