Looking for reform in the rooms

It's time we stopped useing the old guard that currently is mod and admin the rooms they need to go and be removed from chat avenue, if the rooms are to have any hope of becoming great again we need new minds new ideas new attitudes most important new people to breath life once again into the rooms, to have a just and fair room for everyone, give me this chance and I'll show something that will make you proud

Not a bad idea. I would agree they should be allowed to Moderate for up to 6 months after that, take a 1 month break and come back to moderating.
For Administrators I think 1 year. Can return only if The current administrator endorses them.
