Are mods allowed to have severe psychological issues that may hinder their ability to work efficiently?

Emmmrys has also said I am doing things that I am not as well as trying to enforce onto me rules that do not exist.

She continued to debate me on the matter long after I was moving on and talking about something completely unrelated.

The issue was regarding me posting a voice message I have done countless times with nothing being done by any moderator or admin.
