I don't understand alot of these fashions.

The mini with tights looks like something from the 80's and no...it's not a good look. ​

Exactly what I was going to say.

I believe, tights & leggings are two different things. I might be wrong.
 
they are. ^^; tights cover your whole legs like in ballet..

leggings were supposed to only be used for underneath your pants to keep you warm, but now they've turned into a fashion statement, which i really don't mind.. but i bet a lot of people who wear leggings for fashion have no idea that they weren't originally made out of latex or whatever.. ;p and original leggings are rather ugly.

Leggings did cover up your legs. They were made at ankle length. women/girls wore them as pants. They put a big shirt or t shirt that hung really long over the them. They also wore stilettos/high heels with the leggings.They had leggings Stir up pants too.

1987 - 89These were essentially a matching tye-dyed t-shirt with tye-dyed matching leggings. I think it was an attempt as a 'noveau' throwback to the late 60's, early 70's hippie/ Grateful Dead/ Woodstock era. The T-shirt HAD to be long, to cover your behind since the leggings were usually worn tight. They came in every color of the rainbow, all shades of blue or mauve/pink being extremely popular. The cheaper ones were simply tye-dyed long johns and cheap men's white T-shirts, whereas the more expensive ones were of a better quality.

actually the leggings i was talking about, therichesttaste, were leggings BEFORE THAT. the kind of leggings made out of cotton that went underneath your jeans.. like in the winter.

Cotten leggings hmmm winter wear sounds like thermals.AKA long Johns.

BTW soldiers used to wear leggings to keep dirt and crap out of their shoes.(Dunno how that worked but w/e) When leggings were first made they were in 2 peices one for each leg.
 
ok ive never worn a mini skirt cuz i hate them well unless they are black them maybe i have lol but the tights im totally in with in fact im wearing black and red striped ones lol becuz im what ppl consider emo so ya anyways they are hot 🙂
 
Phillip i dont think i would look good in a mini skirt and tights my leggs are to hairy :lol:

Not to bloody mention ime a lad / man he he :lol: 🙄
