missing gold bonus

i recently purchased gold on general chat, but to my surprise the bonus stated was missing, i would like to see this fixed as i did not receive it

name is merida on general chat as well, the purchase was for 100k gold which i received plus the 10k xp bonus fine, only thing missing is the 90k bonus gold

this thread can be close now i think, TheLeigh helped me, basically i been bamboozled by false advertising
