Missing VIP status

Help me please. I signed up for lifetime VIP a few years ago, and now it seems to be missing when i log into chat. Help please and thanks in advance

Could you please provide us with what room youre having this issue in and what your username is there? 🙂

A couple questions that may help her, how long ago did you purchase the VIP?

When was the last time you logged in?

Lastly, youre positive you bought the Lifetime membership?
 
2020 maybe it was 21, last time logged in a couple years ago... and i am more than positive i purchased lifetime VIP for $20... and thank you
