I believed @Summer X has taken appropriate action after investigating the complaint .I agree with her that not all offences will be issues a warning first ...it's up to the staff interpretation of the posting context at that point of time.

Not every offense is entitled to a warning shot. I have spoken to the mod in question and it has been taken care of.
